3.    Observant

In general meaning, observant means quick to notice or alert. Observant also is a trait that successful entrepreneur always use. In this context, observant is use by the managers to search for the problem in the community and create a product or services that can be used by the people. Entrepreneur  need to observe the community before make decision to start a business  by search the problem in the community on how they  living, what that community  can offer, maybe products or services in order  to improve their lives in that community.

Other meanings to describe observant as a traits of successful entrepreneur was very aware of the world around them. They make the observation and pay more attention. In fact, most ideas come from seeing things for what they are. They've noticed that something can be done, made or delivered better.

Belanich brothers, the three siblings who consist of David Belanich, Adam Belanich and Noah Belanich that has been listed in the top 30 under 30 in food and drinks area by Forbes magazine is one of the entrepreneur who has this characterisic. Joyride coffee is a company that is known for their ability in delivering high-quality coffee beans and roasting equipment to dozens of New York City-based start-ups. During the period, in order to get fresh roasted coffee from Stumptown served each morning, they had increased the number of customers every day. Most of their customers are office workers. Based on the observation of three siblings, they found that most of their customers are from the office. Therefore, to increase profitability and facilitate customers, they have made the drinks delivery service directly to the office in addition to increasing the number of regular customers.
